The Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) is statutory development plan prepared under the provision of Act 664, to provide the strategic development framework for Iskandar Malaysia towards realizing the region’s vision to become a “Strong, Sustainable Metropolis of International Standing” by 2025. The CDP outlined strategies and actions towards inclusive and sustainable physical, economic, social and environmental development as well as organizational and implementation structure that will ensure effective and efficient implementation.
