Wani Hamzah

I’m a researcher with an interdisciplinary background in architecture, social science, and policy. Architecture taught me to think critically about systems and design with purpose, while humanitarian work taught me resilience and how to navigate uncertainty, listen deeply, and co-create solutions with communities.

My work now focuses on understanding how gender, labor, and inequality shape everyday life, especially within care, migration, and social protection contexts.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: that knowledge should empower, and that resilience begins when people’s realities are truly seen and valued.

The team is supported by a network of specialists from the business, civil society and academic sectors, building strength of experience based on shared knowledge and collective intelligence.
