Impact Reporting for COVID-19 Hospital Surge Capacity Support

The report was produced to measure the impact of the COVID-19 Hospital Surge Capacity Support Plan program by also looking at the wider effects of the program – social, economic, technical, environmental – on individual, community and institutional levels, as well as using epidemiological indicators, e.g. numbers of patients treated, or numbers of lives saved in understanding the program’s impact on health and healthcare services.
