The Second National Coastal Zone Physical Plan is a strategic plan on land use that outlines the direction of utilisation, conservation and management of coastal resources in the peninsular Malaysia and Labuan. The study incorporates strategic directions and implementation plans to build coastal areas (physical) and local communities (social) resilience, developed based on contextual measures and indicators of the Coastal Vulnerability Index (CVI).
